you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which may be amended
from time to time with or without prior notice to yourself.

No accounts are available on this site.
All payments will be made via secure server transaction.
3. Privacy
TOPTECH collects several
different types of information:
User Inputted - Any details you provide
when signing up are kept on record for your future use. These details
include name, address and contact details and previous order details. We
do not hold sensitive information such as credit card details. We reserve
the right to change any details you provide us, e.g. update your address
or other contact details.
Automatic Information - Information is
automatically collected when you access the web site. This includes web
browser type and version, your operating system and platform information.
4. Access
Due to the nature of the internet it
cannot be guaranteed that the availability of the site will be
uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. Access may also
be suspended or restricted to allow for maintenance.
5. Your Conduct
You must not use this web site for
fraudulent purposes, in connection with a criminal offence or any other
unlawful activity.
We may at any time delete your account or
disable you from paying on account if we suspect that you are using the
website in an unlawful manner.
6. Copyright
Any text, graphics, logos, button icons,
images or data compilations is our property or its suppliers. You may not
extract any contents from the site without our written consent including
any data mining, robots or similar data gathering/extracting tools.
7. Returns
Products may be returned if they are
faulty or damaged, within 28 days of delivery. A replacement will be sent
out, free of charge once the faulty or damaged product has been received.
A refund will be made if we are unavailable to replace the product.
No refunds will be made for products that
are not faulty or damaged.
This does not affect your statutory
rights.
8. Pricing and Availability
Any dispatch estimates provided are not
guaranteed and should not be relied upon. If any products are unavailable
we will contact you either via phone or if we are unable to contact you
through email.
TOPTECH
reserves the right to withdraw or
make changes to any of its products without notice or liability. We
also reserve the right to substitute goods within your order with goods
of an equivalent nature.
Although every measure is taken to ensure
prices are correct occasionally an item may be mispriced. We reserve the
right to correct errors at any time during the transaction process
(includes undispatched orders). In the case of this incident you
will be contacted, by phone or email, regarding the correct price with the
options of a refund or to pay the outstanding balance.
9. Events beyond our reasonable
control
TC Security will not be held
responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations if the
delay, or failure, arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable
control.

Shipping And Handling
The cost of delivery is included in the price. We use Royal
Mail's 1st class service for the UK.
Please be aware that when ordering from overseas, you must email
or contact us first to work out your delivery charge.
If you have any concerns regarding postage cost or delivery time
please do not hesitate to contact us prior to purchase by email.
11. Delivery Schedule
We usually get our orders out within a matter of days and 99% of
the time your order will be despatched on the same or following
working day,
However, delivery times do depend on the availability of the
product in question. So if you need an item by a deadline or
specific time then you must email us prior to putting in the
order or place your order in advance.
We would like to stress that we do not give refunds to customers
claiming an item was not received in time when we had no prior
knowledge of this urgency.
If you need something quickly, then you are advised to email us
first to ask if we can get the item out to you in this
timescale. We can usually help, and are more than willing to do
what we can to get you the item by the date you require it.
However, if we don't know about the urgency in the first place,
then there is obviously nothing we can do to make sure you get
your item on time. Get in touch.
If the item you order is in stock then it will be shipped
immediately. If there is any longer delay you will be informed
however, the sourcing process for any item if not in stock
usually takes no longer than a few days.
When ready for dispatch your package will be sent out via first
class mail, depending on size, in the UK and 'International
Signed For' post for everywhere else in the world.
Although we can accept no liability for Royal Mail postage
times, they are approximately as follows:
UK ............................ Approx 1-2 working days from day
of dispatch
EUROPE................... Approx 5-14 working days from day of
dispatch
US............................. Approx 10-18 working days from
day of dispatch
Rest of the world........Approx 15-21 working days from day of
dispatch
Please be aware that an item going abroad can ONLY be considered
late or lost after the 21st day after dispatch has elapsed. This
is because this is the point at which 'Royal Mail' considers an
item lost abroad and it is only after this point that they allow
us to make a claim. It is only considered late or lost after the
15th day after dispatch has elapsed.

It is extremely unlikely that you will have to wait more than 5
working days for any item to reach you in the UK, but you must
be willing to accept this as a possibility when placing an
order.
